at present time most of the students are suffering from the problem which is addiction of mobile phone , actually students have got stucked in this problem and now they have no idea what to do in this circumstance , no doubt schools and coachings have also turned classes into digital classes so yeah it can be said that these education system is also responsible for that.

Digital detox is scientific way to over come this addiction , in this practice you just have to make distance from mobile phone , now a question will be arising in your mind that how? so you just need to select a day and take a oath that you wont use any digital gadget for that day , so first if you do this so you will be relaxed and will start to feel good . human body embraces habits when it feels satisfaction in something so making your brain realize that there is something better reward so thats how it can be addicted to that thing , so in starting of these quitting journey of mobile just take digital detox and feel the nature , spend time with your family and friends.

social media is the biggest trap which has constrained most of the young generation , no doubt at present everyone has social accounts and they waste their most of the time while watching reels and stalking others life , so start to avoid social media actually its important because in a study it has been found that people who often opens social media so every time whenever they visit that platform so they cant go to reset until they use it atleast 35 min , so remember whenever you visit social media so each time youre 35 min , remember 35 minutes will be taken to start again , so concentrate and start to do something productive.

 at present digital studies are most common , the thing is people have started to rely on the on online classes to much as well as they understand everything can be learned from mobile phone but , if you keep on sitting and watch videos only from youtube and think it gonna help you so you’re maybe you’re not true actually when you are studying from mobile phone so there are high chances that again you will start to do things which are not important and dont rely on online education its just making you lazzier and impacting your brain as well .
